Quiet Strength: Inspirational Coloring Book for Caregivers
A coloring book made specifically for caregivers, not adapted for them. This inspirational adult coloring book offers twelve illustrated designs and real reflections from a caregiver who has lived it.
Quiet Strength pairs twelve meaningful words; Renew, Comfort, Hope, Bloom, Grace, Connection, Brave, Self-Care, Support, Stillness, Gratitude, and Light. Blending these words with large-print illustrations and honest, practical reflections from author Juli Henderson, drawn from her own eighteen years caring for her son Robert.
Inside this inspirational coloring book for caregivers, you'll find:
-
Twelve large-print, word-based illustrations by internationally published artist Jill De Haan
-
A blank companion page after each design, so you can create your own coloring page in your own colors
-
Personal reflections and simple self-care ideas from a caregiver, not a theorist
-
A gentle way to relieve stress between caregiving demands
-
A word definition to anchor each theme in something concrete
-
A gentle, low-pressure format built for short pockets of time, not a big project
This isn't about finishing a picture. It's about giving caregivers, the ones who are always tending to someone else, a few quiet pages that are just for them.
A meaningful gift for caregivers, mothers, grief support groups, or anyone walking alongside a loved one through illness or disability.
