I’m thrilled to introduce Set No. 3 of our Seasons of Grace: A Caregiver’s Coloring Journey, a series of free, printable affirmations designed to support reflection, renewal, and quiet joy for caregivers. Each page centers on a thoughtful word and invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the grace that carries you through every season.
The pages features the beautiful artwork by Jill De Haan whose illustrations and lettering have been featured across major publishers, magazines, and commercial brands. I am honored she has collaborated with us.
These illustrated pages are more than art. They are a call to remember your own worth, even as you hold your loved ones in your arms. Let your colors speak what words cannot.
A few reasons to embrace the benefits of coloring pages:
1. They Create Space to Breathe
Coloring offers a quiet, low-pressure way to pause and reset. For caregivers constantly attending to others, it becomes a sacred moment of self-focus, where breath deepens and the nervous system softens.
2. They Help Process Emotions
Through color and movement, caregivers can express what words often can't. Whether it's grief, exhaustion, or joy, coloring becomes a safe outlet for emotional release and reflection.
3. They Restore a Sense of Worth
Each page is a beautiful reminder: you matter, too! Choosing colors, finishing a design, and simply showing up to these pages affirms you as a caregiver and celebrates your value beyond your role.
You are held, you belong here, and you are not alone.
